How do I spend my loyalty points?


• To spend your loyalty point/s ensure you are signed into your account (you can sign in using the 'Sign in / Register' button at the top of the website or you can sign at the start of the checkout process) and add the product/s you wish to purchase to your basket and then click 'Checkout Securely';

 • Go through the Checkout Process until you reach the stage called 'Order Summary';
 

• At the 'Order Summary' page you can redeem your loyalty point/s if you have any.


How do I see if I have any loyalty points?


• To see if you have any loyalty points click above on the turquoise button 'Manage My Account' or click on 'My Account' at the bottom of the website;


• Once you have signed in (or if you are already signed in) this should take you to 'Your Account' section. If you have any loyalty points it will display under your name the number of loyalty points you have and the discount they are worth against a future order. If you do not have any loyalty points it will not show any information about loyalty points under your name;


• Alternatively you can see if you have any loyalty points at the 'Order Summary' page when checking out. If you have any loyalty points it will tell you how many loyalty points you have to redeem. If you do not have any loyalty points, it will not show you a section to redeem loyalty point/s.


Terms & Conditions of our Loyalty Programme


These terms & conditions, in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, govern our Loyalty Programme. For the terms and conditions of our website please see here. By creating an account on our website (of which you will automatically join our loyalty programme) you accept the following terms and conditions:


• To join our loyalty programme you need to create an account on our website;


• If you are a loyalty member you will earn 1 loyalty point for every £1.00 spent on our website;


• To gain loyalty points on an order you must be signed into your account or create an account at the 'Order Complete' page when checking out;


• The loyalty point/s will be transferred to your account when your order has been dispatched;


• Each loyalty point will remain valid for 6 months from when it is added to your account;


• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash - they can only be redeemed on our website and redeemed as a discount against a future order on our website - please note they cannot be redeemed against the order in which the loyalty points have been earnt;


• 1 loyalty point can be redeemed as a £0.10 discount against a future order on our website;


• Only 1 loyalty point needed until you can spend your loyalty point/s;


• You can only redeem the amount of loyalty point/s discount up to the value of the order - you cannot redeem more loyalty points discount than the order value - where loyalty points are being used as full payment for goods of a lesser value, no change will be given;


• If an order is refunded in full, all the loyalty points earned on that order will be removed from your account;


• If an order is partially refunded then you will only receive loyalty points on the net total after refunding. The other loyalty point/s originally earned on the order will be removed - e.g. if your order cost £3.95 (earning 3 loyalty points) and £0.99 is refunded then your order net total after refunding is £2.96 therefore your order is now only eligible for 2 loyalty points - as a result 1 loyalty point will be removed from your account;


• If a product is exchanged for another product, the loyalty points awarded will be adjusted based on the product that it is exchanged for. For example, if you exchange the product for a more expensive product and pay the difference (using a payment method other than loyalty points) then you will earn loyalty points on the value of the exchanged product. Alternatively if you exchange it for a cheaper product and are refunded the difference, then you will earn loyalty points on the value of the cheaper product and the additional loyalty points earned on the original order that you are now not eligible for will be removed from your account;


• We may withhold issuing loyalty points or delay crediting them to your account where we reasonably suspect a breach of the terms and conditions of our loyalty programme or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. We may also remove loyalty points from your account or adjust the value of your loyalty points where there has been a breach of the terms and conditions of our loyalty programme or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;


• Loyalty points cannot be earned against an order when that purchase is made with redeemed loyalty points only. You will only earn loyalty points on the amount that has been made using a payment method that we accept (these include credit card, debit card or PayPal) other than loyalty points. For example if you pay for an order of £3.95 using only loyalty points you will not earn any loyalty points on that order. However, if you pay for a £3.95 order using £1.00 worth of loyalty points and pay the other £2.95 using a payment method other than loyalty points that we accept you will earn 2 loyalty points on this purchase as you will earn loyalty points on the £2.95 that has been paid using a payment method other than loyalty points that we accept;


• Please note that this loyalty programme is only for customers purchasing from our retail site - if you are a trade customer who has been accepted for a wholesale trade account then you will not be eligible for this loyalty programme - you will not earn loyalty points on any of your orders with us as you will be receiving trade prices;


• Please note that your loyalty points are personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another account;


• Please note if your account is issued the incorrect amount of loyalty points (1 loyalty point for every £1.00 spent on our website) or if your loyalty points are assigned the incorrect value (each loyalty point is worth £0.10 discount off a future order) we reserve the right the remove / add the loyalty points or change the value of the loyalty point/s so that they are correct and in accordance with the terms of 1 loyalty point for every £1.00 spent on our website and each loyalty point is worth £0.10 discount off a future order. In the case of errors with the number of loyalty points on your account or errors with the value of them and you have placed an order using these loyalty points we reserve the right to cancel the order and correct the loyalty points in your account to the correct number and/or correct value. In the case of error/s with the numbers of loyalty points issued or the value of the loyalty points issued our maximum liability to an individual customer for any error/s whether now or in the future is up to £10.00 in loyalty discounts against a future order on our website.  


• Please note that the value of points may increase or decrease at any point, the time loyalty points remain valid for may also lengthen or shorten and the minimum loyalty points spend threshold may also change without notice. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of our loyalty programme or to withdraw our loyalty programme at any point without notice. The terms and conditions of our loyalty programme do not affect your statutory rights.


• Each customer is limited to one loyalty account with us at any one time. If you wish to close your account please email info@huntsengland.co.uk;
